HDLL Freelance offers a range of services, including but not limited to website development, graphic design, content creation, SEO, data entry, and automation. Specific details about each service will be provided in the service agreement.

Payment Terms

All service payments must be made per the agreed-upon pricing structure. Payments can be made via accepted payment methods. A deposit may be required before the commencement of services.

Revisions and Deliverables

Each service includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in the service agreement.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment. HDLL Freelance retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

Limitation of Liability

HDLL Freelance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

Governing Law

Amendments
